The Zonta Club of Billings will be honoring local teachers and staff as the recipients for its Status of Women event this March 23, 2022. The Club of Billings recognizes that the last two years have been extremely difficult for our Billings teachers and staff whose job it is to educate and look out for our kids. Juggling teaching standards, pandemic restrictions, student mental health, concerned parents, and their own families and physical health has put a burden on our educators like nothing we’ve ever seen before. We are so appreciative to these folks who keep showing up and doing their best for our kids, every single day. Accordingly, The Zonta Club of Billings has chosen Billings’ educators as the recipient of our Status of Women award for 2022. The Zonta Club of Billings will be delivering 700 candy gift bags to seven middle schools in Billings. The Club will also be putting up banners at each of these middle schools to say thank you.
